Please read the following terms and conditions that cover the advertised promo package. By participating in this promo, you agree and are bound by the Terms and Conditions therein.

Promotion Rules

1. Participants must purchase a ticket to be entered into the draw.
2. Participants can purchase N30,000 for 1 entry, N50,000 for 6 entries or N100,000 for 15 entries into the draw. Purchasing N50,000 or N90,000 tickets increases your chances of winning the all expense paid trip to give birth in the US. See terms and conditions for promotion prize below.
3. The draw would take place on saturday 14th April 2018 and 1 winner would be selected.
4. All participants will be invited to be present live onsite at the draw event in Lagos, Nigeria or participants can choose to participate in the draw event via the online live stream. Instructions on how to participate in the online live stream would be shared with all participants.
5. Each participant apart from the winner will receive a consolation prize in form of a Babybliss gift card for participating in the draw according to the ticket amount purchased at entry.
6. Participants who purchase N30,000, N50,000 and N100,000 tickets would receive N30,000, N50,000 and N100,000 gift card value respectively.  
7. The gift card allows participants to shop with Babybliss online or instore and is valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Promotion Prize

The prize won will cover the payment of the following:

1. Delivery for the mother and baby: The delivery charge will be covered by us (for 2 nights for normal birth and 3 nights for C-Section) except under other circumstances that will be stated below.
2. Doctors Bill: All doctors bills will be covered by us. This includes appointment visits,  check-ups and delivery attendance.
3. Pediatrician Bill: After the birth of the baby, we will cover the cost of the pediatric bill to the Pediatrician incurred while attending to the baby in the hospital. We won’t cover anything extra than the normal baby check in the hospital. Hearing tests etc won’t be covered by us
4. Hospital Bill: The prize will cover the hospital bill for the standard number of days specified by the hospital for both mother and baby (2 nights for normal birth and 3 nights for C-Section).
5. 2 Months Accommodation: The prize will cover 2 months accommodation i.e. 2 months counting from the day the winner arrives at the apartment in the US. After the 2 months have elapsed, all other costs will be borne solely by the winner.
6. Ticket to the US: The prize covers the cost of the tickets to and fro the US using our prefered airline.
7. Free Maternity Package: The prize covers a complete maternity package which covers and may be limited to:-

• Doctors appointment
• Hospital correspondence
• Port of entry preparation
• Hotel reservation
• FAQS

The package does not cover anything not listed above, which could include but is not limited to:

1. Pre-Term: In the case where a baby arrives early or develops a complication that requires being in the Neo-natal Unit, we will not cover the cost of the baby being in the Neo-Natal Unit for the period of time he/she will be there.
2. Intensive Care: We will not cover the cost if a mother is in intensive care unit (ICU) for one reason or another either before or after delivery.
3. Additional Hospital Stay: We will not pay if there is an additional day(s) for both the mother and baby's stay in the hospital other than the normal days given by the hospital. The promo covers only the specified days given by the hospital.
4. Other Complications: We will not cover the cost if complications arise for both mother and/or baby. This includes and is not limited to miscarriages, etc.
5. Visa fee: We will not cover the cost of visa fee
